White Fused Alumina Abrasives
White Fused Alumina Abrasives is made of high quality alumina by melting and cooling in an electric arc furnace over 2000 degree centigrade. White, main crystal phase is α -al2o3. It by tilting electric arc furnace has the advantages of high bulk density and low porosity, which can improve the volume stability and thermal shock resistance of White fused alumina.
White Fused Alumina Abrasives grit was made from the high quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace-cooling-crush-screening-pack. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3. The White fused alumina refractory produced in fixed electric arc furnace has the advantage of high bulk density and low porosity, the volume stability and thermal shock resistance can be improved.
