What’s the use for ceramic beads?
There’re many uses for ceramic beads, mainly including the following aspects:
Mold cleaning: Ceramic beads is suitable for mold cleaning, which can effectively eliminate the stress in the mold, improve the surface quality of the mold, and extend the service life of the mold.
Surface treatment: In terms of surface treatment, ceramic sand can be used for sandblasting of various metal and non-metal materials, such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and alloys. It will not react or oxidize with metals, will not affect the color of the workpiece, and is suitable for dry and wet sandblasting.
Surface strengthening: In terms of surface strengthening, ceramic sand can be used for shot peening of metal parts and shot peening of light alloy parts to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of parts.
Beautification treatment: In terms of beautification treatment, ceramic sand can be used for beautification of the back shell of electronic products such as mobile phones, providing a smooth satin finish.
Other applications: ceramic beads is also suitable for plastics, electronics, automotive industry and other fields. For example, it is widely used in low-temperature trimming of plastic parts, deburring of circuit boards, and anti-fatigue treatment of the surface of automobile shock absorber springs.

High toughness: It has good toughness, is not easy to break, can be recycled repeatedly, and has a long service life.
Low damage: It has little damage to the surface of the workpiece and can maintain the smoothness of the workpiece surface.
High efficiency: Compared with glass sand, ceramic sand has a longer service life, reduces the number of material changes, and improves work efficiency.
