What’s the use for ceramic blasting shot?
There’re many uses for ceramic beads, mainly including the following aspects:
Mold cleaning: ceramic blasting shot is suitable for mold cleaning, which can effectively eliminate the stress in the mold, improve the surface quality of the mold, and extend the service life of the mold.
Surface treatment: In terms of surface treatment, ceramic beads can be used for sandblasting of various metal and non-metal materials, such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and alloys. It will not react or oxidize with metals, will not affect the color of the workpiece, and is suitable for dry and wet sandblasting.
Surface strengthening: In terms of surface strengthening, ceramic beads can be used for shot peening of metal parts and shot peening of light alloy parts to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of parts.
Beautification treatment: In terms of beautification treatment, ceramic beads can be used for beautification of the back shell of electronic products such as mobile phones, providing a smooth satin finish.
